This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund on the cloud SaaS subscriptions and self-hosted license offered by WhatsMonk LLC, a Wyoming-registered company located at 30 N Gould St STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. All prices and refunds are processed in US Dollars (USD).
If you purchase the self-hosted WhatsMonk script and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Installation issues are resolved free of charge — if we cannot get the script running on a supported environment, you are entitled to a refund.
To request a refund, email support@whatsmonk.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
