Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund on the cloud SaaS subscriptions and self-hosted license offered by WhatsMonk LLC, a Wyoming-registered company located at 30 N Gould St STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. All prices and refunds are processed in US Dollars (USD).

1. Self-Hosted License — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase the self-hosted WhatsMonk script and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Installation issues are resolved free of charge — if we cannot get the script running on a supported environment, you are entitled to a refund.

2. Cloud SaaS Subscriptions

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops all future billing.
  • Monthly plans are non-refundable for the current billing period once it has started.
  • For annual plans, you may request a pro-rated refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal.

3. What Is Not Refundable

  • Requests made after the applicable refund window has passed.
  • Fees for third-party services (e.g. WhatsApp Business API / Meta charges, payment gateway fees).
  • Custom development, migration, or setup work that has already been delivered.
  • Purchases where our acceptable-use terms or these policies have been violated.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@whatsmonk.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
