3. Self-Hosted Deployments

4. WhatsApp Business API & Meta

WhatsMonk integrates with the official WhatsApp Business API. Your use of WhatsApp messaging is also governed by Meta's terms and privacy policies. We process WhatsApp messages only to deliver the features you have enabled and in compliance with WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate WhatsMonk (such as payment processors, hosting, and analytics providers), and when required by law or to protect our rights.
